Article 1 – Terms of payment: Invoices sent must be paid within 7 days from the date of the first lesson. After this period, a penalty at the annual rate of 5% will be applied, to which will be added a fixed indemnity for collection costs of 40 € VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI
Article 2– Payment method: payment by bank transfer within 7 days after the first course.
No discount will be granted for early payment.
Article 3- Cancellation of course: In case of cancellation of course more than 12 hours before the beginning of the course, no penalty will be applied and the balance will be transferred to the next month or refunded to the client by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation of a course less than 12 hours before the start of the course, the client will pay 50% of the price of the course and the balance will be transferred in the next month or refunded to the client by bank transfer.
